Internal Comments on Livestock Reports

Internal lot comments can be used when receiving animals to note anything unusual like a missing tag or wellbeing.
Saleyards will have a generic list of descriptions ready to use for receivals but can create more / remove ones not required, especially handy if using a tablet.

To Add an Internal Comment (Note) to a lot:

  1. Select New Comment to the right of the lot detail and Internal for comments that should not be visible on account sales or invoices.
  2. Saleyards and Agencies can create an internal comment not available in the Quick Comments by writing in the blank Comment field. 
    1. Use Save as Quick Comment for future use.



    1. To edit the comment, click on it and update in the comment field.
    2. Click on Inactivate Comment if it is no longer required.

Agent Lot Detail (Saleyards)
Pre-Sale Lists 
RFID Replaced Tag Report
Sale Check Lists
Sale Lists
Some Selling Sheet types
