Data Warehouse connection problems.
Getting a 'data warehouse connection lost' or 'timed out' error message when trying to save/retrieve data to and from the Data Warehouse.
If you receive this type of error, there could be a problem with your internet connection.
Please check that you do have a valid internet connection e.g. can you access websites?
Unplugged or loose network cables are the most common reason you might suddenly find yourself unable to connect to the internet.
If this is not the case, the problem could be that the data warehouse server is temporarily down. Please contact Outcross Systems for more help on 1800 799 107.
