"Unknown error" with Data Warehouse or Auto Backup
If you are receiving the message

There was an error connecting to the server. The error was an 'unknown error
when trying to auto-update or connect to Data Warehouse, check that you are on the latest version.
You can do this by going to Help > About to see which version you are on. Our most recent version can then be found on our website.

If you are not on the most recent version please upgrade by going back to Help > Check for Upgrades and follow the prompts.
Alternatively you can log onto the Outcross Systems website and download the update by logging into the portal with your Client ID and password. 
If the problem persists, please contact Outcross Systems on 1800 799 107.
