Receiving an "unknown error" when trying to connect to the Data Warehouse:
This may be due to your Data Warehouse subscription being out of date.
Annual subscription clients have the Data Warehouse included in their package. Clients who purchase their program out-right, have 12 months of Data Warehouse included in their package with the option to continue after that time.
 Please ensure that you have paid your latest subscription
