Stockyard Sale Process
Pre Sale
This phase of the sale process occurs 12-24 hours before the sale commences
- Stock arrive: NVDs are created to nominate vendors -- Adding NVDs into Stockyard and NVDs (SM)
- Stockyard Mobile - NVD data entry
- Stockyard Mobile - Shell NVD data entry (Shell NVD's are a simplified version of of NVD's used to save time. the remaining NVD data must be entered later)
- Stockyard - NVD data entry
- Stock are drafted into selling lots: Lots are booked up. -- Drafting (SM Category)
- Stockyard Mobile - Booking
- Stock are balanced against NVD's -- Drafting (SM Category)
- Stockyard Mobile - Vendor Summary
- Stockyard - Balancing Vendors
- Stock are scanned into their lots -- Scanning RFIDs (SM Category)
- Stockyard Mobile - Scanning

- Perform remaining pre sale checks and processes -- Retagging RFIDs in Stockyard

Sale
This phase of the sale process occurs from the time the sale commences

This phase of the sale process occurs after the first lots of the sale have been sold, checked, weighed, and moved to delivery pens
