Adding a Vendor Declaration to sold animals in Stockbook follow this link for steps on Entering Sale Prices & Disposal Reason
This event allows you to tie all animals from a particular sale to the one sales QA (quality assurance) sale record.

Step 1. Select Animals

Select the animals from the Main Animal Screen or through the Filter  option 
All the selected animals' Status must be Sold before you can proceed

 

Step 2. Click on the Events button


  • Select the  Sales > QA /Vendor Dec.  menu option
  • Click on the  OK  button

Step 3. Select the Selling Agent from the drop down list

  1. Click on the '+' button to add a new Selling Agent Select the Transport Company from the drop down list
    1. Click on the '+' button to add a new Transport Company
  2. Enter the Truck Registration No
  3. Enter the Vendor Dec. No
  4. Enter the Animal Health Statement Number
  5. Tick the Transport and Yards OK  if they were declared satisfactory
  6. Tick the Carrying HGP-free tag if the animals were carrying the tag
A HGP-free tag refers to a tag of a colour, and conforming to any other requirements, to indicate cattle or buffalo to which such tags are attached have not  been treated with hormonal growth promotants.
  • Enter a Comment if required
  • Click on the  OK  button
  1. Click on the  Yes  button
 
  • Click on the  OK  button
