Connecting a
device via BlueSoleil
NOTE: Blue Soleil is not compatible with Windows 11, please contact support 1800 799 107.
Open Blue Soleil - either Search in Menu for Blue Soleil or access via Bluetooth Icon in bottom right hand side of screen.
Right click
on the yellow Globe Icon and select Search Devices.
Right click on the device and click Connect Bluetooth Serial Port.
The Device icon will change colour to
green when connected.
A signal may move across the dotted line to indicate it is connected.
If it doesn't connect, try right clicking on the yellow globe again, and
selecting Search Services.
Blue Soleil Expiry Message/Download
When opening Blue Soleil, the following licencing warning appears:
Close out of the error warning
Select the link below to download and install a
