Step 1. Once you are in Live Entry 

1. Click on Edit Layout 
   
2. Click the Cog symbol in the field you wish to change.

Step 2. Select the new field from the dropdown list that you wish to replace the old field with

• Click on the OK button 

Step 3. The field will be replaced and you will now be able to see data recorded for that field against your animals

Step 4. Save the new layout if desired
