Ensure NVDs & Lots Are Pre-Entered into Stockyard

Selling a Lot – Step-by-Step

  1. Click the Clerking tab on the main screen.

  2. A list of pre-entered lots will appear.
    ➤ Select the lot you wish to sell.

  3. Enter the Price after the lot is sold:

    • Choose the pricing method:

      • ☐ Cents/kg

      • ☐ Per Head

      • ☐ Per Lot

  4. Select the Buyer:

    • From Favourite Buyers on the left-hand side (can be preset in Stockyard on your PC),

      OR

    • Click on All Buyers tab and search by Name.

  5. Select a Way (Sub Account), if applicable.

  6. Save the Lot:

    • Save – returns to the pre-entered lots screen

    • Save & Next – proceeds to the next lot in numerical order

  7. To View Previously Sold Lots:

    • Click the Recent button (top right corner of the Clerking tab)

To Split a Lot:

  1. Select the lot you want to split.

  2. Click the Split button (top right-hand corner).

  3. Enter the necessary details for the new Split lot
