Splitting Lots

There are two ways you can split a lot, either Stockyard for PC and Stockyard Mobile

Splitting Lots on the PC

Two ways to Split Lots

Option 1:

  1. In Livestock --> Open a Sale
  2. In the Lots grid view --> Right-click on a Lot and click Split Lot

Option 2:

  1. In Livestock --> Open a Sale
  2. In the Lots grid view --> Left click a Lot and click on Split at top

Once you have filled in and selected the respective RFIDs (selecting RFIDs are OPTIONAL) -- You can click OK to confirm the Split Lot. The program will automatically open the created Lot from the Split.



Splitting Lots on Stockyard Mobile

  1. Once you have signed in and selected the Sale
  2. Open to the Lots in Booking
  3. On Android, hold down the Lot and SPLIT will appear at the top

  4. Put in the Number of Head, a Mark, and a Comment on the split then Click SAVE
  5. The Split Lot will now appear in the List, you can now open it and make any changes

If you don't want to split the Lot, you can click any of the below options
