   Speech in Live Entry


When adding Speech to Live Entry sessions, so that it reads out visual ID Tags, ensure the sound is turned on within your computer.

This is done by clicking on the sound icon in the task bar at the bottom of the computer screen.


            1. Once Live Entry is open click on Setup > Session Defaults 



                2. Speech and Sound settings              

  1.      Select the Sounds tab   
  2.      Tick the  Read out the visual ID  check box.
  3.      In Options select Read entire ID or Read the Last ... characters 
  4.      Double click in the blank sound file boxes to locate the chosen sound file on your computer to use
  5.      Click  OK  button
