Receiving a "Socket Error 10060" (numbers may differ) when trying to backup up to or restore from Data Warehouse

Steps to correct this error: 

1. Ensure you are on the latest version. You can do this by going in Stockbook to  Help > About.  The version number is at the top of the window.

2. Check your anti-virus. Add Stockbook as an exception or disable while trying to use Data Warehouse. You can do an internet search on how to do this.

3. If neither of the above options work please contact Outcross Systems on  1800 799 107
