Setting up the Layout in Stockbook Live Entry

      Step 1. Change the size of the font

1. Click on View, then select Edit Layout
2. Click on the + symbol to make the font larger
3. Click on the - symbol to make the font smaller
   

      Step 2. Change the position of the displayed data in the top two rows

1. Click on the Cog symbol
2. Click on the Text alignment tab
3. Select from the Left, Right or Centre options
4. Click on the OK button
   

      Step 3 - Change the colour of the font in the top two rows

1. Click on View
2. Select Edit layout and click on the Cog symbol
3. Select the Standard Colour option
4. Select Default Colours if you wish to select more colours
5. Select new colour you would like to add and click add
6. If you selected Colour based on field value, enter the required values For a field value between.....and..... 
7. Click on the Paint symbol
8. Select colour you wish to have
9. Click on the OK button in the Colour Box
10. Click on the OK button in the Setup Field 
    

      Step 4. Change the displayed Field Data in the top two rows

1. Click on the Cog symbol    
2. Click on the Field Data tab
3. Select the required data from the drop down list
4. Click on the OK button
   

      Step 5. Customise the Live Entry screen

1. Click on View
2. Select Edit Layout
3. Hover over required size you want to reposition and drag the window to the required position on the screen
4. Hover on any edge of the Window to resize the window
