Quick Add Tally

 This feature will allow you to see a tally of the fields that have been used in the Quick Add.

 For Example: If you are inducting new animals and want to see a tally of males and females

       Step 1.  In Live Entry go to  View > Data Windows > Tally


       Step 2.  Go to  Setup > Add Animal Template

  • Choose the fields on the left hand side that you wish to enter data for by ticking the boxes

       Step 3 . Tick the boxes for the fields to be tallied

  • On the right hand side place a tick in the boxes for the fields you want to see a tally for


       Step 4 . Tally window will appear with information

  • After using the fields they will appear in the Tally window with the number of times used.
