Organic Animal Procedure

For Auditing purposes Identify which animals are deemed Organic and Non Organic. 

Step 1. Go to Setup

  1. Select Performance
  2. Select Traits  

Step 2. Add trait

Your traits will now be visible in the trait list

Step 3. To add a trait

To add a trait to an animal via the 'Edit Animal Screen' select the animal you wish to assign the trait to:
  1. Click the blue Trait button on the bottom of the add animal screen
  2. Click Add
  3. Select the trait from the drop-down box and enter the Number 1
  4. In the Index section Press OK

Step 4. To do a bulk trait assignment

To do a bulk trait assignment select the animals you wish to have the trait:
  1. Go to events
  2. Select Traits (Single)
  3. Press OK
  4. Select the trait from the drop-down list and add Number 1
  5. In the value Press OK

Step 5. To Filter for traits

To filter for traits go to 'Filter' at the top right hand of the Stockbook screen 
  1. Go to 'Traits'
  2. Select the trait from the drop down box
  3. Press OK
This will bring up any animals with the specific trait that was searched for
