Install and Register Stockbook

To get started with Stockbook, you will need to download, Install and register the program. 

1. Download & Install Stockbook 

  1.       Go outcrosssytems.com.au

  1.       Select Client support
  1.       Select Stockbook
  1.       Client Downloads
      

  1.      Enter your Client ID & Password (provided in the Outcross Systems Welcome email)
  1.      Select Download Now

       

  1. Follow the prompts and select the appropriate options to install Stockbook.
  1. Once the software has been installed select Finish.,

2.  Register Stockbook

  1. Once the install is complete, select the desktop Icon to open Stockbook
  2. Select Register Now
  3. Enter your Client ID and Password
You will be able to open and start using Stockbook.

3. Setting up Stockbook 

You will be prompted to to begin setting up Stockbook.
You can either select YES to start the setup wizard OR
Select NO and Contact our friendly support team to arrange a series (3) of one-on-one onboarding appointments that form part of your subscription. 

4. Previously trialled Stockbook 

If you have already trialled Stockbook by downloading the free trial you will need to register your newly purchased subscription.
To do this you will need to change the program from the Demonstration Database to the Default Database to register your program.

  1.  Select File > Other Databases > Default Database menu option.
  1.  Once you are in the Default Database Select  File > Registration
  1.  Enter your Client Id as per the image below
  1.  Select Register NOW!

 

Note:
Please ignore the Unlock Code.  It is only necessary if you never have access to internet and never will.

 Click on the Yes button to the Confirm message:

In the Website Password window, enter your password given to you in your Welcome Email.

Click on the OK button.



You are now able to use Stockbook!
