How do I delete a leased animal

Deleting a Leased Animal

There are occasions where we might lease a bull or ram for a specific period

After that animal has been used it may be removed from the property and removed from Stockbook.

Step 1. Select the Animal

Select the animal(s) you wish to remove
Then click on the Events button at the bottom of the page

Step 2. Select the Event

Click on the Sale/Death/Disposal list option
Then click on the OK button

Step 3. Add the Reason

Click on the plus icon at the end of the Reason box

Step 4. Type in the Disposal Reason

Create a disposal reason called "Lease bull / ram returned"
Click on the OK button

Step 5. Disposal Reason will now be saved

The new reason will appear in the Reason drop down menu
Process the disposal as per normal
Click on the OK button
