How do I check that data recorded via Live Entry has been transferred correctly to Stockbook?

Checking Live Entry data recorded in Stockbook

Step 1. Selecting Stockbook

Click on the Stockbook button at the bottom of the Live Entry screen. 


Step 2. Main Animal Screen

  • This will then bring you back to the main Animals screen in Stockbook. 
  • Search for animal/s for which you have entered data via Live Entry, by using the Search For Animal option in the top left hand corner of the screen or by using the Filter option at the top right hand corner of the screen. 

Click on other tabs to view the latest data if you have entered other data on the animals that you would like to check. 

 

Step 3. Returning to Live Entry Screen

To return to the live entry screen, simply click on the Live Entry toolbar icon.
