Replaced NLIS ID's/EID's - Filter & Report replaced Tags to NLIS database
Filtering for animals that have had their NLIS ID changed in Stockbook is possible so that you can then report the changes to NLIS.
1. Identify all animals that have had their NLIS tag replaced:
- Click on the Filter
- In the Note contains field type REPLACE.
- Click OK
The Animals screen will now populate with only those animals that have had their NLIS ID replaced.
When the EID is replaced it is recorded in the notes comment and will look the same as the image below.
2. Reporting the tag replacement to the NLIS Database
- Select the animals that you wish to export to the NLIS database from the list of animals.
- Click on the NLIS toolbar icon
- Click Replaced Tags
- All animals selected will be listed in the right hand side of the window.
- Click Upload. This will upload the changes to the NLIS database.
