How do I connect an Eziway 7 Trutest to live entry via Bluetooth?

(Blue soliel not compatible with Windows 11, please contact support 1800 799 107)


Step 1

Connect the device firstly through Blue Soleil and take note of the COM Port number.

Go to Electronic ID > Setup (or Live Entry, Setup > Setup Devices) 

Step 2

Select Tru-Test SR2000/XR3000 etc from the drop down box in Scales. 

Check that it on the same Port as the Blue Soliel. You can see the Port in the Status. 

If it is on a different Port to the Soliel, change it through Manual Setup and select the com port that it is connected with in Blue Soliel.

Step 3

In device discovery, wait for the light to turn Bright Green. This means it is connected. 

In the data entry test a weight by having a person or animal stand on the load bar. The weight should come across automatically or press F12.
