Export NLIS Device List

Alert
ALWAYS create a copy of  a .CSV file before you open it to avoid loss of data.

Step 1. Select Animals

Select required animals on the Main Animal Screen 

Step 2.  Select Master CSV File

  1. Go to File
  2. Export Options
  3. Master CSV File

 

Step 3. Expand out Basic Animal Details

  1. Expand out Basic Animal Details by clicking the
  2. Scroll down and tick EID and NLIS ID.
  3. Make sure all the other options are unselected
    1. You can do this quickly by unticking the Basic Animal Details

 

Step 4 . Export Master

  1. Tick the  Selected Animals radial ticked in the Animals to Export box
  2. Tick the blank in 4th position radial in the EID Format box selected
  3. Click on the Export Master button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Confirm you want to export the details, have the correct format and that all existing settings will be saved as display by click " Yes " to each question.

    Take note of where the file is saved!
