1. Adding a Note or Comment to a SINGLE Animal

1. Select the animal you wish to add a Note/Comment to on the main animal list.
   
2. Select the Note 
   

1. Select Add 
2. Today's date will automatically be entered. To change this click on the drop down arrow.
3. Enter the Note and/or Comment. Notes will be displayed when the animal is found on the Live Entry screen.
4. Select OK 
   
5. Select Cancel/ Exit  to close the window
   

2. Deleting a Note/ Comment

1. Select the comment 
   
2. Select  Delete 
   
3. Select Yes  to 'Delete the selected record?'
   
4. Select Cancel to close the window
   
   

3. Adding a Note/Comment for MULTIPLE Animals

1. Select the animals on the main animal screen
   
2. Select Events 
   
3. Select Notes/Comments 
   
4. Select OK 
   
5. Select Yes to 'Assign a note/comment to each selected animal'
   
6. Enter the required Note
   
7. Change the Date if needed
   
8. Select OK to complete the note entry
   
9. Select OK to 'Event Complet'
   
10. Select Cancel to close Events window

4. Flagging animals for Live Entry

1. Select the Animals on the Main Animal Screen
   
2. Select Events 
   
3. Select Flagging for Live Data Entry 
   
4. Select OK 
   
5. Select Yes to 'Set a flag for each selected animal........'
   
6. Enter the required Flag and OK
   
7. Select OK to 'Event complete' 
8. Select Cancel to exit the Events window
   
9. 

   Animals that have been Flagged will flash on the Live Entry screen when found.
