Backup Selected Embryos

Embryo Backup or Transfer is useful if you wish to backup Embryos you are selling or buying from another Stockbook user.

You can transfer all the details of these embryos very conveniently via a Data Transfer. 

Step 1. Backup Selected Embryos

Click on the  File > Data Transfer > Backup Selected Embryos 



Step 2.  Available embryos

  • Select the embryos you wish to backup. The Selected embryos will be highlighted blue.
  • Click on Transfer 

 

 Step 3. The Backup/Restore Data Files window

  1. Click on the folder icon to browse/select a location to save the backup.
  2. Click OK to save.

  1. Click OK to Information message: 'Backup Complete'.


Step 4. To view the information of this transfer

  1. Click on the ET Module toolbar icon.
  2. Click to highlight the Program Name in question.
  3. Click on the Details button. This will show the Details for the Program selected. 


NOTE:

Once you have completed an embryo transfer, the embryo will no longer be in the ET Module for for this program; however, it will still show in the Flushes and Joinings. This is because a transfer implies that you no longer have these embryos for your use as you have most likely sold or given them to someone else.

To view the transferred embryos; tick the Include Transfers box, see example below
