Duplicated Primary ID/Electronic ID

An animal has duplicated both its EID and its Visual ID 

 1. Take a backup of your database.

 2. Go to Utility > Maintenance > Delete Duplicates.


 3. Unselect all of the duplicate options.

  1. Unselect all the duplicate options except for 'Delete Duplicate Society Records'.

  2. Then select the Process button.


 4. Refresh the animal page
