Duplicated Primary ID/Electronic ID
An animal has duplicated both its EID and its Visual ID
1. Take a backup of your database.
2. Go to Utility > Maintenance > Delete Duplicates.
3. Unselect all of the duplicate options.
- Unselect all the duplicate options except for 'Delete Duplicate Society Records'.
- Then select the Process button.
4. Refresh the animal page
