Duplicated Primary ID/Electronic ID
An animal has duplicated both its EID and its Visual ID
Step 1. Take a backup of your database.
Step 2. Go to Utility > Maintenance > Delete Duplicates.
Step 3. Unselect all of the duplicate options.
- Unselect all the duplicate options except for 'Delete Duplicate Society Records'.
- Then select the Process button.
Step 4. Refresh the animal page
