Duplicate values in Excel
Finding and highlighting duplicates in an Excel spreadsheet column:
An example of when you may wish to find duplicates in Excel is to confirm that there has not been any human error when inputting data into Excel.
Step 1. Highlight the column in Excel in which you wish to find duplicates
Select either Duplicate or Unique
Select the Format
Click on the OK button
Step 4. The duplicate values will then be highlighted in the column as shown below
