Changing the minimum breeding age

When recording joinings, the sire is not in the drop down list.
If for example, you have used a weaner bull in joinings, it is possible that you need to lower the minimum breeding age so that you can use this animal as a sire.

Changing the minimum breeding age

  • Select Setup
  • Livestock Types


  • Select the Livestock Type to highlight
  • Select Edit                     


  • Change the number in  Min. Male Breeding Age  to the appropriate number of days.
  • Select  OK
