Stockbook will automatically give you a count of the number of active animals displayed. You can turn this off by going to Setup > User Options.
If you choose switch this option off, you will see a List Statistics button.
Click this button whenever you want to see a summary of the animals displayed.

An example of information displayed when you click on the List Statistics button:

To turn on the automatic active animal counter in the Animals list:

Step 2. Click on the Options tab
- Tick the Auto-count animals in animal list check box
- Click on the OK button to save

- Click OK to the following Information message:
